Engineering leader with more than a decade of experience building software for environments where reliability is not optional: medical devices, digital health, and defense. At MedDev Soft, a software project house, I lead the architecture and technology behind client projects in diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment across desktop, web, and mobile, and I stay deliberately hands-on in the code. As CTO & Head of R&D I run engineering, quality, and security across teams of four to ten (dev, QA, SQA, and cyber) and lead our adoption of generative AI in engineering, which has cut delivery times by about 40%. I'm equally at home leading an R&D group and building complex systems myself, and my next challenge could come from any of these worlds.

- Lead architecture, engineering, quality, and security across client projects in diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment, delivered as desktop, web, and mobile software.
- Direct small-to-medium teams of four to ten across development, QA, SQA (systems engineering), and cybersecurity, and mentor engineers on architecture and hands-on delivery.
- Lead the adoption of generative AI in engineering: Claude Code in daily development and AI-assisted IEC 62304 documentation and procedures, under clear review and guardrails, cutting delivery times by about 40%.
- Serve as an engineering partner on dozens of FDA 510(k) and IEC 62304 submissions over the years.
- Stay hands-on in the design and development of the most complex parts of the systems.
Senior Software Engineer & R&D Manager · MedDev Soft
- Led architecture and technology and built device and full-stack software (C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js) across client projects in diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment.
- Designed cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure and ran the full lifecycle from requirements to production under FDA- and IEC 62304-compliant processes.
- Led small R&D teams, owned quality and secure development across projects, and coordinated delivery across disciplines.
- Introduced the first AI-assisted development practices that later grew into the company-wide program.
